Tracks > Track 12: Pedagogical Innovation of Tomorrow: the Students we don't know:

The students we don't know

The arrival of GenAI, the evolution of teaching practices, and the profound transformations affecting organizations offer an opportunity to rethink both how we teach and what we teach in management, whether in entrepreneurship, innovation, governance, strategy, or marketing.  In this context, innovative pedagogical approaches across all management disciplines are specifically valued.

This track, therefore, focuses on all issues related to teaching management disciplines and disseminating knowledge, including digital tools, pedagogical innovations, and emerging challenges of GenAI.

Submissions may address, but are not limited to, the following topics:

– Use of innovative pedagogical methods and tools (simulations, serious games, generative AI, design thinking, etc.)
– Teaching emerging topics in entrepreneurship, innovation, governance, strategy, or marketing (AI, data, sustainability, inclusion, responsible practices…)
– Case studies and teaching-based experience reports across all management disciplines
– Pedagogical approaches designed to develop transversal competencies (creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, ethical awareness, digital literacy…)

The objective of this track is to provide a space for sharing, reflection, and experimentation around pedagogical practices across all areas of management.

Track chairs:
